Monkey Bread

Grandma Heusinger's monkey bread served early in the morning when we came to town.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut each biscuit into quarters and dip each into mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon.
  2. Place in well greased Bundt pan.
  3. Melt 1 stick margarine and add 3/4 cup sugar and 3/4 tsp. cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Pour mixture over biscuit pieces,
  5. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Invert on cake plate.
  7. (Brown sugar may also be used which will make a more butterscotch taste.)
