Cinnamon Rolls

Grandma's Cinnamon Rolls that we had most Sunday mornings at family gatherings.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Roll a loaf of thawed dough to 18 inches long and at least 4 inches wide.
  2. Spread with soft butter.
  3. Sprinkle with brown of white sugar and cinnamon (Add raisins if desired).
  4. Roll into right roll lengthwise.
  5. Divide into 6 equal parts.
  6. Cut each part into 4 for a total of 24 pieces.
  7. Place on greased 10x13 pan.
  8. Let rise until double in bulk.
  9. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Frost with powdered sugar mixture (2 Tbsp. melted butter with 2 cups powdered sugar. Add hot water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.)
